The Central Valley in Chile is where a lot of Chilean red wine is produced, with the wine region specialising in the production of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. 

Chile is also home to the famous Casablanca Valley wine region. It has a cooler climate and produces some amazing white wines such as Chardonnay, Pinot Gris and Sauvignon Blanc which are enjoyed across the world.
