Domaine Boudau

Taken over in 1993 by the brother and sister team of Veronique and Pierre Boudau, this family estate extends to over 83 hectares in three domains entirely given over to AOC.

Exclusively growing the traditional grape varieties of the Mediterranean basin, these three Domains offer an interesting diversity of land for exploitation. Grapes are harvested and sorted by hand on each parcel of land and finally selected for their optimum maturity. Each variety is vinified separately and blending takes place at the very end.
Together with their Cultivation Manager M. Jean Marie Piqué, Veronique and Pierre are involved with every aspect of their vineyard and are directly responsible for winemaking, managing the property and marketing.
